This role offers an opportunity to drive and influence business-critical decisions that will keep the costs to the minimum while we continue to delight our customer.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the health & lifespan of each and every Grab Rentals vehicles by:
- Design, develop and establish metrics to monitor, analyze and provide strategic insights to drive performance and productivity.
- Identify different opportunities to reduce wastage and costs and/or improve customer experience and set priorities to improve them.
- Collaborate with business and cross functional teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Lead an enhance SOP with cross functional teams to develop and optimized plan for operations
