Onboarding Specialist, GrabFood

Get to know our Team:

• GrabFood is the fastest growing startup within Grab and is growing rapidly towards becoming the region’s #1 provider of food delivery services, conquering a trillion dollar market in the most exciting region in the world.

Get to know the Role:

• Coordinate restaurant onboarding process i.e. retrieve onboarding details, advise how to manage menu updates

• Work with the Production team to refine and hone our processes

• Go and above and beyond to ensure restaurants feel valued as a partner

The day-to-day activities:

• You will handhold the restaurants throughout their Go-Live process, keeping them engaged and tackle any issues they might have, until they are ready to be handed over to our account management team

• You will act as the liaison between restaurant and photography team - scheduling shoots and ensuring both parties are satisfied

• You will help restaurants become fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most out of their new partnership with GrabFood

• You will need to provide excellent restaurant support throughout the onboarding process

• You will manage the inventory and distribution of merchant equipments and promotional items

The Must Haves:

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese would be a plus)

• 1-2 years' experience in Account Management, Operations or Customer Service

• A highly organised and detail oriented mindset

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
