Công việc chính / Scopes of work:
Develop and execute O2O marketing campaigns to attract, maintain and drive sale growth.
Manage partnerships with E-commerce and delivery platforms (e.g., ShopeeFood, GrabFood, BeFood, Capichi, etc.).
Plan and monitor digital promotions that enhance offline store sales
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Design) to align marketing efforts with business goals
Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and platform data to recommend optimization strategies.
Research competitors, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to propose new O2O initiatives.
Manage SKU (in & out) to optimize menu by platforms.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across online and offline touchpoints.
Collaborate with both internal and external to handle customer claims regarding deliveries.
Bằng cấp/ Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in the retail/ e-commerce industry
Personal skills / Kĩ Năng
Proficient in working with online delivery channel (ShopeeFood, GrabFood…)
Proficient in writing report and analyzing data, monitor sales trend
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
English communication.
Having communication skills, work-arranging skill, ability to handle multiple projects.
Can work under pressure and time managment
To be well-cooperative with relevant Departments in the presentation skill, training, and operating.
