NVOCC Senior Manager

Mô tả công việc

1. Planing, Organizing and Resources Controlling:

  • Understand goal/ objectives of department and main tasks of each individual functions.
  • Design action plan for whole department and individual sections and submit to DGM for approval.
  • Optimal use of the resources required to implement the plan.
  • Evaluate the working productivity, efficiency, quality and environment.

2. Manpower Allocation.

  • Work assignment for each individual section/team.
  • Review workload and adjust work assignment.
  • Report for job rotation and guidance for critical workload/assignment issue

3. Business process Management

  • Process Mapping/ workflow for import/export operation.
  • Create general import/export operation SOP. Create checking mechanism to control work process
  • Create KPI for teams/ individual jobs/ positions
  • Record the periodical KPI result of sections and whole department.

  • Control overall work progress, quality, productivity and effectiency.

4. People Management & Development:

  • Support to build up profile of staff’s stage of development, to identify and utilize employee talents.
  • Make training schedule to whole department.
  • Conduct trainings to staffs.
  • Conduct Performance appraisal for individual as per HR's guidance.

5. Problem Solving

  • Proactive to decide/guide for issues/occurrence during daily operation.
  • Participate in handling damage case;
  • Participate in handling Claim case. Guide staff to handle claim;

6. Handling report package:

  • Delegate report package matrix to each section, person.
  • Execute and instruct team to execute handling reports as per the report package matrix.
  • Co-ordinate with managers to ensure report submission on time.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

  • University of economic, foreign trade, foreign language or social science.

2. Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Logistics industry, especially OFF operation.
  • At least 3 year experience of the same position.

3. Skill:

  • Advanced knowledge in logistics, especially ocean freight forwarding.
  • Good experience in practical co-ordination and solving problem.

4. Others:

  • Good English competence 
  • Customer service mindset
  • Leadership skill;
  • Analysis skill;
  • Training skill;
  • Communication skill.
