· Monitor and handle import–export documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
· Prepare payment requests for related charges (local charges, CO, B/L, Seal, rental fee MB5, customs service fees, etc.).
· Update and maintain records and data in the system.
· Follow up on Debit Notes and coordinate with Accounting and service providers.
· Support C/O processing and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
· College or intermediate professional degree in import and export
· Knowledge of import and export operations
· Ability to work with Senior and more experienced colleagues. Should be able to collaborate with multiple functions to get results
· Quick Learner with proven track record of taking on new challenges in past is preferred
· Basic English level
· Priority is given to new graduates majoring in import and export
· Understanding of customs declaration, FTA & C/O application knowledge is preferred.
