- Development of buying programs through selected vendors. Responsible for buying of soft goods, hard goods and accessories according to industry trends, product mix requirements and prescribed buying and promation plans.

- - Recruits, trains & supervises all staff required for operating guidelines for all golf related retail sales

- - Coordinates inventory management and maintenance in accordance with approved buying plan.

- - Coordinates the ordering of merchandise for special events, such as member Tournaments

- - Controls all shop merchandise displays in an orderly and appealing manner to encourage maximum sales including customizing displays for each facility.

- - Other tasks as reasonably requested by the DD

Education :Degree Holder (One of Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Retail Management or related field)

Qualification:

- - Two to four years of merchandising experience at least two of which should have been spent as a manager in golf retail sales or buying, inventory management, merchandising, or product marketing.

- - Knowledge of the principles of golf retail sales including regional trends, merchandising and marketing.

- - Skill in color coordination, product display, and in creating effective working relationships with shop staff and vendors.

- - Strong management & reporting abilty

- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to cope with strict deadlines and time demands.
