Job requirement

  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm product specifications, development details, order information, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor the entire process from development through to production.
  • Participate in sample production and ensure samples meet quality standards before being sent to customers.
  • Receive and process customer orders, providing support throughout the ordering process.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and present order-related reports and performance metrics to management.

Job requirement

  • Graduated with a major in Business Administration, International Economics, Logistics, or other related fields.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years of experience or more.
  • Good at English (TOEIC>= 750).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with detailed experience in the past.
  • Right working attitude, stay focused and aggressive to solve the problems.
  • Good command of Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Power-point, Excel.
