Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze data from inline inspections (CFA) and endline defect inspections (KCS).
Summarize monthly cost of the quality department.
Analyze monthly fabric inspection data.
Analyze and update monthly Nike's performance results (CSC and MI scores).
Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of fabric and trim suppliers (TMI, EVN) for Nike product lines.
Quality System Support
Update monthly quality human resources list and create organization charts.
Document and record training completion.
Update internal audit results and organize meetings for corrective action discussions.
Prepare documentation for ISO 9001:2015 quality system audits.
Plan for annual lab certification re-evaluation.
Laboratory & Equipment Management
Coordinate and prepare documentation for third-party calibration of lab equipment.
Update testing standards for the lab.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
