Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến xử lý kỷ luật lao động theo đúng quy định pháp luật và nội quy công ty.

Soạn thảo, rà soát các văn bản pháp lý nội bộ liên quan đến nhân sự.

Phối hợp với các phòng ban để chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu cho các đợt đánh giá.

Hỗ trợ tư vấn pháp lý cho các vấn đề nhân sự phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành.

Theo dõi, cập nhật các quy định pháp luật mới liên quan đến lao động và nhân sự.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Handle labor disciplinary actions in accordance with applicable laws and company regulations.

Draft and review internal legal documents related to human resources.

Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documentation and materials for audits and assessments.

Provide legal support and consultation for HR-related issues arising during operations.

Monitor and update new labor laws and regulations relevant to HR and employment.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Nhân sự tổng hợp tại công ty sản xuất.

Am hiểu về mảng trách nhiệm xã hội, pháp luật an toàn lao động, môi trường, hoá chất, an ninh CTPAT, HIGG FEM là một lợi thế.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống và làm việc nhóm tốt.

Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và khả năng bảo mật thông tin.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.

Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general HR role within a manufacturing company.

Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Labor safety laws, environmental regulations, chemical management, CTPAT security standards, HIGG FEM

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

English communication skills.
