1. Product evaluation method (from product development, costing, sample approval to final completion)/ Đánh giá phương pháp phát triển sản phẩm (từ phát triển sản phẩm, tính toán giá thành, quá trình hoàn thiện sản phẩm). Tham gia xây dựng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật may - định mức nguyên phụ liệu cho các sản phẩm

2. Work with the pattern makers and workshop teams to develop technically the product with the best solutions/ Làm việc với team Rập và nhóm may mẫu để phát triển sản phẩm với các phương pháp kỹ thuật ưu việt

3. Calculate the price of each product and optimize it to be in the target/ Tính giá sản phẩm, tối ưu hóa chi phí.

4. Work with the method teams in the factories to improve the way of sewing keeping the level of quality required/ Làm việc với nhóm Kỹ thuật để phát triển kỹ thuật may, giữ yêu cầu chất lượng sản phẩm

-          English , Computer in Office/ tiếng Anh giao tiếp, vi tính văn phòng.

-          Gament industry background or experience related, technical skills (sewing, use of the machines…) would be priority /    Kinh nghiệm làm việc 1-2 năm ngành may mặc, biết kỹ thuật may là 1 lợi thế

-          Must be able to work as a part of a team and the spirit of cooperation, and know how to show initiative and reactivity. Must show abilities to listen, be open-minded and flexible in term of work./ Khả năng làm việc nhóm và tinh thần hợp tác và biết cách thể hiện sự chủ động và sáng tạo trong công việc. Phải thể hiện khả năng lắng nghe, cởi mở và linh hoạt trong công việc

-          Personality: responsible, pro-active, and motivated / Có trách nhiệm, nhiệt huyết, động lực tích cực
