Job requirement

- Answer internal and external phone calls

- Prepare files for all expected arrival guests

- Prepare files and bills for all expected departure guests

- Do check in; check out procedure for expected arrival/ departure guests and for walk-in guests

- Update all guest’s information into system

- Receive reservation in unofficial hours then arrange room for the reservation

- Arrange transportation service, tours, flight tickets, etc…upon guest request

- Supply valuable information for guests such as: direction, restaurants or shops opening time, where to go, what to eat, etc…

- Post all in house guest bills

- Do police registration for all in house guests

- Handle all guests’ complaint and record to managers

- Make room revenue and occupancy report

- Handle all fax in/out, coming letters, parcels, newspapers, etc…

- Control all lights and AC systems

- Tidy and maintain the reception area

- Handover before finishing the shift

- Follow the managers’ instruction and support the other departments

- Perform the other related duties as require

Job requirement

- Have a good command of English

- Have at least 1 experience in related field

- Work on shifts

- Hard working, honest

- Ability to work under pressure
