Quarterly newsletter contents, design and production
Supporting development plan
Monthly report from marketing, research , sale and referral
Supporting internal newsletter, Medinews, procuder for hospital
Following Smart goal plan, Clinical indicators report, hospital scientific conference, talk show between staffs and board of director
Following the key action plan of each function after each off site
Organizing all events
Arranging travel, visa, accommodation
Operations documents management and filling
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Other tasks assigned by Director
