Nhân viên kế toán tổng hợp- Accountant

Job requirement

  • Accruals: control all the accruals based on budget and actual cases to be done correctly
  • Allocations: Make sure all the expenses allocations are sufficient, correct and in time Update allocation & accrual transactions into accounting software
  • Keep track and update all allocations & accrual expenses
  • Follow up with other departments (e.g. Site, HR, Ops …) for recording monthly actual use of all tools, materials, spare parts, uniforms… and allocate these expenses correctly and timely
  • Salary and related expenses: work with HR to ensure all details of payroll are correct and available and recorded in the correct accounting treatments/entries base on company policies including all salary related expenses (e.g. social insurance, 13th salary, bonuses,…), and do the quarterly reconciliation with HR.
  • Checking VAT input to make sure VAT declaration matches with the ledger of VAT input
  • Prepare the tax reports for review
  • Breakdown detail list in balance sheet: prepayment account, accrual account, other payable account, other receivable account except for AP merchandise
  • Consolidation HCM & HN in balance sheet: prepayment account, accrual account, other payable account, other receivable account, deposit account, advance account

Job requirement

·         University graduated, major in accounting, audit or related field.

·         Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, candidate in retail chain will be priotitized. Deep understanding about accounting and tax.

·         Able to handle full set of accounts

·         Good knowledge on related Vietnam regulations

·         Good at organizing, problem solving; quality, detail and action oriented.

·         Good command on M.S office program especially spreadsheets and accounting system or software

·         Able to work independently, high pressure.
