Công việc kế toán/ Accounting Tasks:
- Theo dõi và thực hiện nghiệp vụ phải thu, phải trả và đảm bảo tính chính xác, kịp thời.(Monitor and execute accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness).
- Thu/ Chi quỹ và lên kế hoạch thanh toán NCC theo định kỳ. (Manage cash receipts/disbursements and plan payments to suppliers on a regular basis).
- Xuất hóa đơn GTGT, Quản lý, sắp xếp, lưu trữ hồ sơ kế toán tại đơn vị (Issue VAT invoices, and manage, organize and archive accounting records).
- Theo dõi và lập báo cáo tài chính: Lập các báo cáo tài chính nội bộ.(Monitor and prepare internal financial reports)
Công việc Hành chính – Nhân sự/Administrative & HR Tasks:
- Soạn thảo, lưu trữ các văn bản hành chính, thông báo nội bộ.(Draft and archive administrative documents and internal announcements).
- Thực hiện công tác chấm công, tính lương, bảo hiểm xã hội, hợp đồng lao động cho nhân viên.(Perform tasks related to timekeeping, payroll calculation, social insurance, and employee labor contracts).
- Hỗ trợ công tác tuyển dụng: đăng tin tuyển dụng, sắp xếp phỏng vấn, tiếp nhận hồ sơ nhân sự mới. (Support recruitment activities: posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and receiving new employee profiles).
Công việc Sale Admin/Sales Admin Tasks:
- Hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh trong việc soạn thảo, lưu trữ và quản lý hợp đồng.(Support the Sales Department in drafting, archiving, and managing contracts).
- Cập nhật, theo dõi tình trạng các giao dịch, hợp đồng (Update and monitor the status of transactions, contracts, etc).
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo tiến độ bán hàng và hỗ trợ khi cần thiết.(Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sales progress and provide support when necessary)
