Nhân viên kế toán

· Manage and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness. / Quản lý và đối chiếu hồ sơ tồn kho để đảm bảo tính chính xác và đầy đủ.

· Monitor inventory levels and participate in physical inventory counts as needed. / Theo dõi mức tồn kho và tham gia kiểm kê thực tế khi cần thiết.

· Record inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments daily (Warehouse and Production) directly in SAP. / Ghi nhận các giao dịch tồn kho, bao gồm nhập, chuyển và điều chỉnh hàng ngày (Kho và sản xuất) trực tiếp trên SAP.

· Collaborate with warehouse staff and production staff to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. / Phối hợp với nhân viên kho và sản xuất để điều tra và xử lý chênh lệch tồn kho.

· Prepare payment requests for RM (Raw Materials) and PM (Packaging Materials)./ Thực hiện yêu cầu thanh toán cho nguyên liệu và bao bì.

· Handle monthly closing for the process. / Thực hiện đóng sổ hàng tháng cho quy trình.

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers. / Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or major in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking with good academic performance).

        Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán (hoặc Tài chính/ Kế toán/ Ngân hàng với kết quả học tập tốt).

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferably 2 years in a manufacturing company).

         Ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán (ưu tiên 02 năm tại công ty sản xuất).

·       Good in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office computer skills.

        Thành thạo Excel, Word, PowerPoint và các kỹ năng tin học văn phòng khác.

·       Highly proactive at work and a quick learner.

        Chủ động trong công việc và học hỏi nhanh.

·       Good communication skills.

        Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
