Quản lý Logistics/ Logistics Management:

- Sắp xếp lịch giao nhận nguyên liệu và phương tiện vận chuyển, đảm bảo phù hợp với nhu cầu sản xuất của nhà máy và nhà cung cấp/ Arrange delivery schedules and transportation, ensuring alignment with the factory’s production needs and suppliers’ plans

- Theo dõi và quản lý tiến độ giao nhận theo ngày/tuần/tháng/năm đối với từng công đoạn/ Monitor and manage delivery progress on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis for each stage

- Theo dõi và kiểm soát chi phí trung chuyển/vận chuyển (nếu có)/ Track and control transshipment/transportation costs (if any)

- Điều phối hoạt động giao nhận nguyên liệu với nhà cung cấp theo yêu cầu/ Coordinate raw material delivery activities with suppliers as required

- Xử lý sự cố liên quan đến công tác giao nhận hàng hóa trong phạm vi phụ trách/ Handle issues related to goods delivery within the assigned scope.

Thực hiện thao tác trên hệ thống/ Perform system operations:

- Tạo phiếu giao nhận trên hệ thống FRM/ Create delivery notes in the FRM system

- Theo dõi/ xử lý lỗi phiếu giao nhận với các đơn vị liên quan (bảo vệ/tiếp nhận/IT)/ Monitor and resolve delivery note errors with relevant departments (security/receiving/IT)

- Đề xuất các cải tiến/bổ sung/sửa đổi liên quan hệ thống phục vụ công việc/ Propose system improvements, additions, or modifications to support work requirements

Thông tin thị trường / Market Information:

- Cập nhật các dữ liệu liên quan đến thị trường cung cầu/ Update data related to supply and demand market

Hệ thống báo báo/ Reporting system:

- Thực hiện các báo cáo tổng hợp về giao nhận nguyên liệu / Prepare consolidated reports on raw material delivery

- Tham mưu nội bộ về công tác giao nhận nguyên liệu cho Trưởng đơn vị / Provide internal consultation on raw material delivery for the Head of Unit

- Thực hiện các báo cáo phát sinh khác do cấp quản lý trực tiếp giao/ Prepare other ad-hoc reports as assigned by direct management.

Trình độ học vấn: Cao đẳng/Đại học các lĩnh vực Kinh tế, Kế toán hoặc các ngành liên quan/ College/University degree in Economics, Accounting, or related fields

Kinh nghiệm: Kinh nghiệm tham gia lĩnh vực Thu mua/Logistics trên 1 năm/ More than 1 year of experience in Procurement/Logistics
