Job requirement

Quantity: 1 staff

1. Tender Review & Analysis

  • Study and analyze tender documents, including scope of work, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.

  • Identify risks, key deliverables, and bid requirements.

2. Quantity Take-Offs and Estimation

  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.

  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

  • Use estimation software and historical cost data.

3. Bid Preparation

  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, planning) for bid inputs.

  • Prepare and compile all necessary bid documents, technical proposals, and financial offers.

  • Ensure bids are compliant with client requirements and submission deadlines.

4. Supplier/Subcontractor Coordination

  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Ensure competitiveness and compliance of third-party inputs.

5. Risk Assessment

  • Identify and assess commercial and technical risks associated with the project.

  • Propose risk mitigation strategies.

6. Liaison and Communication

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during pre-bid and post-bid stages.

  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions.

7. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of tenders, clarifications, and correspondence.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on bid progress and outcomes.

8. Post-Tender Support

  • Participate in bid negotiations and contract clarifications, if required.

  • Support project handover to the execution team after contract award.

9. Other tasks assigned by superiors (manager, director...)

Job requirement

Special skills:

  • Age: 25-28 years old.
  • Self-correcting and self-improvement mindset.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive.
  • Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
  • No defensive and excusive attitude.
  • Planning skill
  • Schedule management.
  • Time management.
  • English communication.
  • At least 2 year of experience in interior/finishing construction.
  • (Work experience in foreign contractor company is an advantage)
  • Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Prefer the candidates who is cleared with career own-orientation and willing to work for long-time.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Basic salary: 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND( negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
