Nhân viên Chứng từ Hải quan (Olam Tiến Nga)

1. Khai báo hải quan điện tử (VNACCS) cho các lô hàng xuất-nhập khẩu, mở tờ khai, làm thủ tục thông quan tại các chi cục hải quan./ Perform online customs declarations (VNACCS) for import-export shipments, open declarations, and complete customs clearance procedures at customs branches.

2. Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, hợp lệ và chính xác của các giấy tờ liên quan đến lô hàng xuất nhập khẩu (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, C/O, giấy phép chuyên ngành và các tài liệu khác theo yêu cầu)./ Receive and verify the completeness, validity, and accuracy of documents related to import/export shipments (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, C/O, specialized permits, and other required documents).

3. Kiểm tra áp mã số HS Code để xác định các mã thuế có liên quan hàng hoá xuất nhập khẩu./ Check and apply HS Codes to determine relevant tax codes for imported/exported goods.

4. Liên hệ và phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng: Hải quan, Bộ Công thương, Bộ Y tế, Cục kiểm dịch, Trung tâm kỹ thuật đo lường, ... và kip thời giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh (nếu có)./ Liaise and coordinate with competent authorities such as Customs, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Health, the Quarantine Department, Metrology and Quality Measurement Centers, etc., and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận nội bộ, đối tác và đơn vị vận chuyển để đảm bảo quá trình giao nhận hàng hóa được suôn sẻ./ Closely coordinate with internal departments, partners, and shipping units to ensure a smooth goods delivery and receipt process.

6. Hỗ trợ khách hàng xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến chứng từ hàng hóa./ Support customers in resolving issues related to goods documentation.

7. Cập nhật các thông tư, nghị định, luật pháp mới nhất về hải quan và xuất nhập khẩu để áp dụng vào công việc một cách chính xác và tuân thủ./ Updated on the latest circulars, decrees, and laws regarding customs and import/export to ensure accurate and compliant application in work.

8. Đánh giá rủi ro tiềm ẩn trong quá trình làm thủ tục hải quan, đồng thời đề xuất các phương án xử lý kịp thời để tránh phát sinh chi phí hoặc chậm trễ./ Risk Assessment during customs clearance procedures, and promptly propose solutions to avoid incurring additional costs or delays.

9. Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được cấp trên giao phó./ Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.

• Tốt nghiệp tối thiểu Cao đẳng (chuyên ngành xuất nhập khẩu, logistics hoặc các ngành liên quan) trở lên . / Graduated at least from College (in Import-Export, Logistics, or a related field) or above.
• Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm trong lĩnh vực khai báo hải quan và làm giấy phép chuyên ngành/Experience with minimum 1 year in customs declaration and obtaining specialized permits.
• Am hiểu quy trình thông quan hàng hóa, các loại hình tờ khai và hệ thống VNACCS./ Strong understanding of goods customs clearance procedures, various declaration types, and the VNACCS system.
• Có kiến thức về HS Code: các quy tắc tra và phân loại mã HS code cho lô hàng xuất nhập khẩu./ Familiar with the rules for researching and classifying HS codes for import and export shipments.
• Ưu tiên từng làm trong môi trường nhà máy thực phẩm/ Priority with who has worked in food factory.
• Có kiến thức về ngành hàng thực phẩm/ Knowledge about food product manufacturing field.
• Vi tính: biết dùng Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook/ Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Anh Văn: Trung cấp giao tiếp trở lên/ English: Intermediate communication or above
