CS Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries (price, stock, delivery, etc.)
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Update customer data and order status in the system
- Support sales team and assist in after-sales service
- Language skill: Basic English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs: word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome – no experience needed, training provided
