1. MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC / JOB OBJECTIVE

Đảm bảo hệ thống thiết bị điện, điều hòa không khí (AHU, máy lạnh), máy phát điện và các máy móc trong sản xuất vận hành ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả. Tham gia bảo trì định kỳ, xử lý sự cố, và giám sát tuân thủ quy trình kỹ thuật theo tiêu chuẩn nhà máy.
Ensure stable, safe, and efficient operation of electrical systems, HVAC (AHU, air conditioners), generators, and production machinery. Participate in scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with factory technical procedures.

2. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Kiểm tra thường xuyên tình trạng thiết bị điện và hệ thống dây dẫn.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and wiring systems.

2. Chạy kiểm tra định kỳ máy phát điện.
Run periodic checks on the generator.

3. Hỗ trợ kiểm tra vận hành AHU và máy lạnh khu văn phòng, kho.
Assist in operating and inspecting AHU and air conditioners in offices and warehouses.

4. Giám sát hoạt động máy móc sản xuất và báo cáo sự cố.
Monitor production equipment and report any malfunctions.

5. Đề xuất phương án sửa chữa máy móc khi cần thiết.
Propose repair solutions when needed.

6. Phối hợp bộ phận sản xuất kiểm tra hoạt động thiết bị.
Coordinate with production to inspect machine operations.

7. Tham gia lên kế hoạch và thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho toàn bộ thiết bị.
Participate in planning and performing periodic maintenance for all equipment.

8. Ghi chép, cập nhật nhật ký vận hành và bảo trì thiết bị, tham gia soạn thảo SOP, chuẩn bị hồ sơ tuân thủ GMP, FDA và thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của trưởng bộ phận, ban giám đốc .
Record and update equipment operation and maintenance logs; participate in drafting SOPs and preparing documentation for GMP and FDA compliance; and perform other tasks as assigned by the department head or the Board of Directors.

9. Là thành viên đội PCCC và đảm bảo an toàn lao động.
Be an active member of the fire safety and occupational safety team.

- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/ Đại học ngành điện, cơ điện tử hoặc tương đương.
  Graduated from Technical School, College, or University in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent field.

- 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong nhà máy.
  1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a factory.

- Hiểu biết hệ thống điện 3 pha, máy phát điện, AHU.
  Knowledge of 3-phase systems, generators, and AHU equipment.

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường GMP, ISO, HACCP.
  Experience in GMP, ISO, HACCP environments is preferred.

- Biết đọc sơ đồ điện, sử dụng VOM, ampe kìm…
  Able to read electrical diagrams and use measuring tools (VOM, clamp meter…).

- Trung thực, trách nhiệm và sẵn sàng làm việc khi có yêu cầu ngoài giờ.
  Honest, responsible, and willing to work OT.
