A. Main responsibility • Lead The Action Plan implementation in Product and Development in New Project • Development, Modification of the Project until Commercial Production. • Do coordination all activities of new project department when Plant Manager absent. B. Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility) • Manpower / Human resources (Specification of the Job) - Plan project time time - Lead project up to end - Build a positive working environment and relationship by effective communication to all employees - Guide and motivate subordinate to complete their jobs. • Planning and Decision Making Authority - Make improvement plans by following technology, process and system improvement related to use of materials, additives, master batch and regrind in order to achieve continual efficiency, cost savings and use of slow moving materials - Make decisions on compliance of new products and trial results to desired standards • Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility) - Implement ISO 9001:2008 Procedure (SOP, WI, Job Description & Form), BRC IOP Standard - Coordinate the Execution of Program / Action Plan for development of new projects - Perform analysis on trial results for steps of improvements to achieve desired standards - Ensure the proper execution of new product trials - Analyze Manufacturing Process Data according to ISO 9001 : 2008 Standard, BRC IOP Standard - Coordinate and plan trials with raw and supporting materials to improve production process, achieve cost savings or consume slow moving materials
• Formal Education: Min S1 / D3+ graduate • Experiences: Min 5 years in project/Product Development • Skills: - Proficient in English - Computer literates in Microsoft Office application - Organizational skills to coordinate different parts of new projects - Knowledge in Manufacturing Process especially related to Plastic and Machinery - Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge in Production system
