Report to: Chief Information Officer Summary: • Ensure the company’s business system always run smoothly, manage IT assets, manage policy and information security, control project implementation and observe team performance. Responsibilities: • Observe and coordinate with all involved department to ensure the performance of the company’s Business Systems is always stable and in line with company network and physical security policies. • Ensure service levels are aligned to business objectives • Maintain and improve IT policies and procedures • Observe all service providers on regular basis to deliver the agreed Service Level Objectives • Record, protect and refresh IT assets to deliver the agreed Service Levels. • Set up and implement new infrastructure systems or improve existing systems • Provide users with yearly training and enforce information security awareness • Establish performance objectives & KPI in line with overall functional objectives for the whole team • Manage team resource and develop their skills to ensure the team can deliver projects on time.
• Bachelor of Information System or related technologies • Master degree is a plus • At least 10 years' experiences in Managing IT system • Experience in a multinational manufacturing organization is preferred • Knowledge of SAP, BI Platform, Technology Infrastructure; Office 365 Cloud, SharePoint, MPLS Network, Site to Site VPN etc. • Fluent in English • Attention to details • Good communication • Teamwork and individual management • Project Management Skills • Able to handle pressures
