The Company currently offers services in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.


Get to know the Role:
-Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction in airports nationwide
-Project manage various Business Development initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs
-Serve as a key member of the Grab Business Development team to drive overall strategy

The day-to-day activities:

a) Strategy

  • Derive GTM strategies for Grab products

  • Driving acquisition growth strategy and engagement in all Indonesia cities that Grab is available in

  • Improving Grab’s financial goals & ensure quality of Grab

  • Develop OKRs for the team and subsequently review / track these OKRs

b) Acquisition

  • Create lead generations and open up doors to new airport partners

  • Structure pitches and closing new / renew existing airport partners

  • Tracking & updating discussions

  • Building strong relationship with existing airport partners

c) Operations

  • Drafting & reviewing airport agreements

  • Overseeing new onboarding & renewal of partner and its operations

  • Customer support, redemption reports and making sure service level is above average

  • Crafting out rewards reporting for every quarter (Viewership, redemption, breakage, P&L, etc)

The must haves:

  • 5-6 years of experience in account management / business development preferred

  • Background in Aviation is preferred

  • Discipline and able to hit aggressive targets

  • Writing and speaking English & Bahasa fluently

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-learning, able to pick things up fast, and extremely resourceful

  • Proactive, energetic, fast pace, meticulous
