You will be working as part of MSME commercial team in Grab Financial expand our SME lending business
Get to know the Role :
You will own the targets for MY MSME lending business and 1) pitch loans to grab and new to grab merchants 2) cross sell other grab products ( Grab pay etc ) to existing merchant customers
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new SME loan accounts through cold-calling and referrals
- Establish and maintain long term and profitable borrowing relationships with both existing and prospective SME clients
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to internal policies, business processes, regulatory requirements
- Cross-sell other Grab's products and services
- Process improvement - Diagnose inefficiencies in the current sales process and provide data-driven recommendations
- Help improve or innovate new processes to keep the team as efficient as possible
- Strategy - Suggest improvements in the value proposition for merchants based on merchant feedback, competition and other data driven factors
- Collaboration - Work closely with other functions within GrabFinance and other divisions within Grab to achieve SME business goals
The must have:
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years relevant work experience in sales preferable in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
- Competent in engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to exceed sales target
- Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
