- Order materials as PR or based on min-max calculation…for the best cost in the requirement deadline

- Follow up Orders for JIT delivery and on timely payment.

Theo dõi đơn hàng giao hàng vừa kịp và thanh toán đúng hạn

- Issue documents and ensure that issued documents follow standards, procedures and are correct.

Đảm bảo chứng từ mua hàng theo quy trình và chính xác

- Measure supplier KPI’s, quality control and develop suppliers.

Quản lý, đo lường (KPI), kiểm soát chất lượng và phát triển nhà cung cấp

- Update data and ensure that updated data is current, current and releva

Đảm bảo dữ liệu của phòng mua hàng được cập nhật (PO, hợp đồng…)

- Control quality of goods/ materials.

Kiểm soát chất lượng hàng hóa/ nguyên vật liệu.

- Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly...)

Báo cáo (ngày, tuần, tháng, năm…)

- Performs other duties as assigned.

-     College or university, Supply Chain degree or an equivalent degree or least one year of relevant work experience.
Bằng đại học hoặc cao đẳng, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc bằng cấp khác tương đương hoặc ít nhất một năm kinh nghiệm làm việc có liên quan.

-     Integrity, teamwork, flexible, careful (analytical, solution/result driven, process driven are highly appreciated).
Có tính chính trực, tinh thần đồng đội, tính linh hoạt, cẩn thận (biết phân tích, hướng đến giải pháp/ kết quả, điều khiển quá trình là những lợi thế).

-     Good communicating and negotiating.

-     Ability to solving problem at the corresponding level.
Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề ở mức độ tương ứng.

-     Active, progressive, dedicated, enthusiastic, responsible and positive.

-     Good in Microsoft Office.
Thành thạo phần mềm văn phòng MS.

- Fluent in English.
Tiếng Anh lưu loát.
