- Adjust, calibrate, and monitor injection machines to control the production quality.

Điều chỉnh, hiệu chỉnh và giám sát máy phun để kiểm soát chất lượng sản xuất

- Complete machine process set-up to insure that product can meet the design requirement. Cooperate with and suggest about the production molding process changes

Hoàn thành thiết lập quy trình máy để đảm bảo rằng sản phẩm đúng theo yêu cầu thiết kế. Hợp tác và đề xuất về những thay đổi trong quy trình sản xuất khuôn

- Provide the necessary molding process kill support to other department.

Cung cấp thay đổi khuôn cần thiết để hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác

- Record , track and complete the IPEC as required after adjusting the technological parameter.

Ghi lại, theo dõi và hoàn thành IPEC theo yêu cầu sau khi điều chỉnh thông số công nghệ.

- Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

Tuân thủ chính sách môi trường, chất lượng và hệ thống quản lý môi trường. Tuân thủ chính sách an toàn và sức khỏe nơi làm việc và các hướng dẫn hiện hành

- Other assigned tasks.

-          The capability of learning the advances knowledge of molds and injection molding machines.

-          Ability to evaluate and make necessary adjustments on the injection molding machines to correct quality problems.

Có khả năng đánh giá và thực hiện các điều chỉnh cần thiết trên máy ép phun để khắc phục các vấn đề về chất lượng

-          Knowledge in mold preventive maintenance.

Có kiến thức  bảo trì khuôn

-          Knowledge of injection molding operations.

Có kiến thức vận hành máy phun
 

-        Junior college education, or above.

Tốt nghiệp cao đảng trở lên
 

-          Three years molding process work-related experience.

3 năm kinh nghiệm vê vận hành khuôn hoặc những kinh nghiệm liên quan
