MOLD SOURCING SPECIALIST

* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers for mold, jig, spare part, tool and material used in manufacturing.
• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers both domestically and internationally.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of approved tooling vendors.
• Conduct supplier assessments, capability studies, and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards..
• Work closely with other departments to define item specifications, materials, and technical requirements.
• Review and verify supplier technical proposals, drawings
• Support department in search of new potential suppliers.
• Develop new suppliers.
• Ensure appliance of the Purchasing Process in daily contract and work with the departments.
• Develop own strategies for bundling demands and negotiating Contracts.

• Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Business/Economic degree
• At least 5 years of experience purchasing position (For manufacturing is preferred)
• Strong technical sourcing (Mold/Jig/ Spare part/ Quality Equipment)
• Good at technical drawing reading skill is required.
• Have knowledge of Incoterm / FOB
• Negotiation training about international Purchasing
• Knowledge about ERP (TipTOP)
• Knowledge of Standard Windows Applications
• Good speaking and written skills in English
