Get to know our Team:A Merchant FinOps Supervisor plays an essential part in Grab Financial Group/MOCA team. The candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliation and settlement with Merchant/Service Provider. The candidate will have a strong ability to reconciliation and settlement. He/She needs to have proficiency in his or her subject the proficiency that generally comes from experience, ability to learn fast, transfer of knowledge to others, willingness to accept new responsibilities, multitask and good work ethics.
The day-to-day activities: - Build policies and standard operating procedures on settlement and reconciliation of payment between MOCA Moca and Merchants/ Service Providers
- Reconciliation and settlement of transactions, fees/receivables/ payables to the Merchants/ Service Providers daily, monthly. Ensure the payment data with the Merchants/ Service Suppliers is fully checked, ensuring the correctness and adequacy of the settlement data.
- Coordinate with related parties (Merchants, service providers ...) to handle/assist in handling requests for checking complaints about payment transactions on Moca/Grab application.
- Make the reports on settlement and reconciliation with the Merchants, service providers monthly, quarterly, annual.
- Cover and responsibility all of the tasks which team has been assigned.
- Manage all of the Payables/Receivables with related partners.
- Train, manage, organize and assign the PIC for each task of the team to get high-performance and efficient.
- Research and give initiatives to improve work performance, optimize work management of the whole team.
- Participate in projects as assigned by the Manager.
Key requirements:
Qualifications:
- University or higher degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Good communication in English.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Familiar with some System-related e-wallet/e-payment/card payment.
Specific experience:
- Experiences in settlement and reconciliation with Merchant/ Bankcard transaction for Banks/Financial institutions or E-Payment firms.
- Prior experience in implement card project, understanding card payment flow, understanding of compliance and risk issues in card payment and e-payment.
- Knowledge of credit/debit/prepaid card scheme rules and banking processes preferred.
- Solid knowledge of international/local Bankcard operations, E-Payment operations, processor and gateways, card networking, authorization, and settlement.
- Demonstrated capability in dealing with ambiguity and operating in fast-changing, unstructured
