● Responsible for developing and executing all media & CRM marketing strategies through the funnel, that generate awareness, bring new merchants (B2B customers), increase customer engagement and retention, reduce churn, and actively move users further down the path to becoming loyal driving betting play days, bet count and customer lifetime value set metrics to measure channel effectiveness and continually optimize paid efforts in order to prioritize spend efficiently
● Uncover new opportunities to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through integrated marketing channels
● Partner with marketing & analytics team to ensure latest tools and measurement to keep effectively growing the funnel
● Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business targets, overcome different challenges and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
● Experience: 5+ years of experience in of digital/online marketing experience
● Essential skills:
Deep expertise in acquisition and retention marketing
Strength in interpreting data, deriving insights, and transforming insights into action
Self-starter who can power through challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and shared
