The day-to-day activities:
Define business development strategy for all merchants who are partnered with GrabPay by Moca services
Grow Merchant relationship & experiences to ensure GrabPay by Moca merchant’s business & happiness
Demonstrate strong analytical data to understand and grow business, further market potentials in the future.
Proactively define KPI & method to lead account management team meet company growth direction
Identify monitoring methods to evaluate daily/month performance
Run promotion, campaign to grow according to Marketing / Growth department to push revenue and transaction of all merchants
Set up, manage & develop an account management team to ensure that the team will be able to meet team target.
Key requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience on management role in the respective industry (Ecommerce / Start-up / F&B / etcs.)
Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
Vietnamese speaker with strong command of English.
Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
