The day-to-day activities:

  • Identify potential merchants within region/area to be included within GrabFood products and services;
  • Cross function collaboration with sales & operational teams to achieve GrabFood key business objectives
  • Develop marketing plan to acquire & build long term relationship with strategic key merchants who contribute importance for company;
  • Identify opportunities as well as providing key initiatives to assist Head of Marketing Grab Food to build sales strategy;
  • Align with the business’ overall sales strategy and develop medium to long term strategic plans and tactics for the region/area to achieve target;
  • Provide market intelligence to Head of Marketing Grab Food with regard to industry trends, reasons for wins and losses, state of the competitive marketplace, product development needs, and merchant/prospect perceptions of GrabFood;
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services GrabFood offer.

  • Personal qualities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa and English;
  • Strong integrity and understanding of professionalism and code of conduct;
  • Strong management skills to manage a growing team
  • Able to work with multi-functional teams;
  • Able to multi-task and result oriented.


Qualifications

  • University graduate or higher education in relevant fields;
  • Minimum 5-year experience in sales/business development Managerial Role
  • Experience in driving and implementing marketing strategy;
  • Experience in building long term key account planning and relationships.
