Job requirement

1. Analysis & Proposals
- Analize current business result, review and check assortment, pricing, layout... of GMS/SSS/SMPT business, find out the issues and propose the countermeasure.
- Propose the countermeasure for MD to improve the assortment, layout, procedure and propose new trend assortment, products, etc.
- Research and market survey, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities to propose to MD
- Frequently update the new trend, new assortment, make the proposal how to apply into our business. (30%)

2. Execute New Project of Company & follow Merchandising Policy (Digitalization, Product classification, Price promotion structure, Supplier policy, PB, SCM)
- Clarify any changing in the procedure, make the new procedure/regulation to support for MD's smooth work.
- Support to speed up the development of PB product and improvement of SCM, organize issues and provide support from a short-term, medium- to long-term perspective. (20%)

3. Report & Data Provider
- Summarize & review internal data, point out the problems/issues so that MDs and OPs can take effective and quick actions.
- Search for the external data resources such as Nielsen and overseas AEON to analyze from a large perspective. (10%)

4. Documentary Tasks & Coordinate between MD and related departments:
- Ensure MD are effectively resourced, directed, motivated and developed, enabling them to reach their full potential for both individual and Company/Department benefit.
- Ensure team members are kept abreast of current merchandising related issues both at departmental and Company level through effective means of communication.
- Drive and develop team’s performance through training and mentorship with a view to optimizing output and achievement of objectives whilst effectively managing performance issues.
- Support for the opening and renovation of stores (10%)

Job requirement

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
  • How to calculate cost, profit, basic account is preferable
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Time-management and team work skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
