Job requirement

Order & Material Coordination (PPC Leader)

  • Manage and verify customer orders via system/email (style, quantity, price, ex-factory date).

  • Coordinate with Development and Purchasing to prepare documents for timely material booking.

  • Ensure all required info is available at least 1 week before order receipt; follow up with departments or negotiate delays with customers as needed.

  • Generate order numbers, assign tasks to team members, and hand over to Planning for production scheduling.

  • Handle customer order changes (cancellations, quantity, color, delivery updates); calculate cost impacts, issue Debit Notes, and monitor payments and material status.

Material & Production Oversight

  • Monitor material arrivals; report supplier delays to management for resolution.

  • Coordinate with QA, suppliers, and customers for replacements or quality issues.

  • Track and report supplier KPIs on delivery performance.

  • Update material stock reports to related departments (Customs, Import-Export, Accounting).

  • Reconcile inventory data with Merchandising records.

  • Track production and shipping schedules; inform customers of any delays.

Administrative & Supplier Coordination

  • Issue Debit Notes to suppliers and monitor payment status.

  • Oversee subcontractor orders and liquidation agreements.

  • Approve internal documents and trim cards as authorized.

  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings.

Team Management

  • Lead and support team to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet production plans

Job requirement

  • Requirements:

    ·         Bachelor’s degree (Garment Technology preferred)

    ·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in garment material handling

    ·         Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel skills preferred)

    ·         Fluent in Chinese (specific to the garment industry); English is a plus

    ·         Strong multitasking and coordination skills

    ·         Not directly responsible for purchasing, but will coordinate all related processes
