KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication and Order Management
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding orders, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Receive and validate purchase orders and technical documents.
- Confirm order details internally with Planning, QA, and Production teams.
- Maintain updated order status sheets and client communications.
Production Coordination and Planning Support
- Track production timelines in coordination with Merchandising Manager and Planning.
- Escalate any deviations from confirmed delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing order summary reports for weekly meetings.
- Liaise with QA and Logistics to ensure shipment readiness.
Forecast and Inventory Coordination
- Monitor and update rolling forecast files per assigned clients.
- Share forecast deviations with Planning and Warehouse to prevent stockout or excess.
- Support master planning data input for regional stock management.
Documentation and ERP System Updates
- Ensure client data, order confirmation, and shipping details are accurately maintained.
- Update internal databases and dashboards in collaboration with Operations.
- Coordinate with Logistics for invoice packing lists and shipment compliance.
Post-Delivery Support
- Track delivery confirmations and PODs.
- Handle basic claims and coordinate with QA and Finance for resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication.
