Merchandise Officer (sock/garment)

Coordinate with the sample department to follow up on the development process and submit samples to customers in a timely manner.
Based on the approved sample and technical specifications, analyze and calculate material consumption (especially yarn) to propose purchasing plans for mass production.
Work closely with QC, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth and on-time sample development.
Communicate directly or indirectly with customers (through the MD team leader) to update any changes in product specifications and convey the information to relevant departments.
Handle the sending and receiving of samples to/from customers and follow up on feedback for further action.
Perform other merchandising-related tasks as assigned by the Department Manager and Board of Directors.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the socks or textile/garment industry.
Hands-on experience in customer communication and handling within the industry.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English
Preferably residing near Dau Giay Industrial Park, or able to work and commit long-term in the area.

Probation time: 2 month probation.
Working time: 7h30-16h15
