Planning and Organizing

Implement an organization’s media strategy across the business and across media to raise brand awareness, drive business and enhance reputation

To write and oversee press releases

To ensure that all media communications activity (i.e. press, radio, TV, website, online/social media activity) is integrated with marketing and other strategic campaigns and projects prioritised by other departments.

Initiative and problem solving

To advise and select the best use of media and overall communications channels as required for the successful execution of campaigns.

To advise on communications solutions regarding messaging, crisis management, handling difficult stories in the press

To be an advocate for the latest tools, metrics and techniques; advising on media trends and best practice.

Decision Making

To ensure key messages are accurately and consistently expressed in relevant media.

To be responsible for checking drafts, reviewing copy, reviewing plans and making amendments, escalating to CMO/Marketing Manager/Brand Manager once needed

Analysis and research

To monitor and report on all outputs, evaluating the effectiveness of media communications activity, including social media, networking and press activity.

To undertake analysis and research as befitting a PR function

To monitor and report on best practice.

Team Development

To line manage the Media Officer, providing guidance to enable effective delivery of full remit of responsibility and providing challenging duties in order to stretch and empower

To lead informal training support to team around talents and skills e.g. social media, press, web editing

To inspire and empower colleagues to use online tools and engage with social media/online networking/customer service.

Yêu cầu công việc

·      Completion of a University Degree.

·      Minimum 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing and PR/advertising

·      Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

·      Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

·      Planning, communication, and reporting skills to present plans/data report effectively

·      Detailed, customer oriented and multitasking person

·      Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.

·      Team working spirit

·      Proficiency in Microsoft
