MECHANICAL LAB ENGINEER

JOB PURPOSE:

• On supplier quality control, to ensure the high quality of incoming material and drive supplier quality continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with the functional Team and supplier (if needed) to ensure test equipment is commissioned and operated safely.
• Generate Work Instruction and Troubleshooting for typical issues during operation.
• Generate workflow in the Test Center to utilize a matrix of test equipment.
• Ensure sufficient verification and calibration for test equipment.
• Flow-up performance of testing equipment to report all abnormalities promptly.
• Provide training to direct inspectors once entering the SOP phase.
• Constantly study the function of existing test equipment to provide input for product development.
• Research new testing equipment if required.
• Complete other assignment by superiors.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
• Experience in the setup and managing of testing equipment, at least 3 years.
• Good Microsoft Office user skills.
• Good English.
