Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer is member of expert team who involves in Gear box parts from prototype to the 1st mass production gearbox work following in TTI/supplier on site.
Responsibilties
- Focus on VN NPD/Transfer and VE project; assure development smoothly.
- Off-tool/ESB/EB/QB sample FAI following.
- Part process file detail /SER documents checking including old part used in NPD and VN supplier capability audit.
- Failed sample preliminary analysis report and improvement action following for any ESB/EB/QB/1st MP.
- All related to gearbox part issue feedback including drawing/measurement method, gauge, tool assembly in line, testing finding, tear down report etc.
- Work with AVD/SQE for 36 points supplier procedure checking and support AVD/SQE to do further improvement after 1st MP.
- Weekly report following product development status to align with PRC G.T.
- Report work loading to CPT Management.
