* JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and make record all Tool, Jig and Fixture that are used for dimensional control in the line and in QC
- Check product dimension in accordance with approved drawing and/or inspection standard
- Generate and record measuring results in designated form. Archive of the reports for traceability
- Promptly feedback results of nonconforming to concerned Technical, Production and Quality Team
- Escalate quality issue to QE engineer and Quality Manager when the abnormal situation is happened
- Involve in problem solving process and implement agreed actions to improve product and process quality
- Provide On Job Training to new team members
- Complete task which may be assigned in addition for special cases
- Check the appearance size function assembling, find issues and propose solution
- Checking supplier data/report of mold/jig
- Ensure 5S in CMM/GOM room
