Under supervision of the Materials Manager: being responsible for the following major tasks:

Ÿ Attain a thorough understanding of any appropriate system(s) that are to be implemented.

Có được sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về bất kỳ hệ thống phù hợp nào cần được triển khai.

Ÿ Assist with the implementation of systems related to the Materials function at each Summit location. The implementation will include training, testing, troubleshooting, and following up to ensure that the system is functioning properly.

Hỗ trợ triển khai các hệ thống liên quan đến chức năng Vật liệu tại mỗi địa điểm của Summit. Việc triển khai sẽ bao gồm đào tạo, kiểm tra, xử lý sự cố và theo dõi để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động bình thường.

Ÿ Support quarterly capacity planning presentations, as required.

Hỗ trợ các bài thuyết trình lập kế hoạch năng lực hàng quý khi cần thiết.

Ÿ Develop procedures that ensure SPV compliance with materials systems requirements.

Xây dựng các quy trình đảm bảo SPV tuân thủ các yêu cầu của hệ thống vật liệu.

Ÿ Complete other projects at the request of the Materials Manager.

Hoàn thành các dự án khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng vật liệu.

Good organizational and analytical skills are required.

Graduate with a degree focus in supply chain management, business, engineering, industrial management or related field. 

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, kinh doanh, kỹ thuật, quản lý công nghiệp hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with plant material functions to formulate and write common material system procedures and practices.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng lời nói và văn bản tốt để tương tác với các chức năng của nguyên vật liệu nhằm xây dựng và viết các quy trình và thực hành chung của hệ thống vật liệu.

Can work full time from Monday to Friday (8 AM - 4.30 PM)

Có thể làm việc fulltime từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu (8.00 đến 16.30)
