Job Objective
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining accurate data for the LAB, supporting operational processes, and ensuring data consistency. This role also provides essential operational support to the LAB and requires strong English communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Maintenance
- Data Entry and Updates: Accurately enter and maintain data on Airtable, focusing on detailed information related to LAB operations, test results, and operational records.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks and reconcile data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Establish standards and implement periodic validation procedures to ensure data relevance and accuracy.
- Standardization and Documentation: Develop and maintain standard procedures for data management, ensuring transparency and consistency in data-related tasks.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Represent and Communicate on Behalf of LAB: Act as the primary contact for the LAB to provide accurate information and data to other departments (e.g., R&D, QA, Operations). Participate in meetings across departments to share updates, receive, and address feedback from other teams.
- Handle Data Requests: Prioritize and respond to data requests from other departments related to LAB data, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Data Analysis and Insight: Aggregate and analyze LAB data to generate reports that support decision-making and identify trends or anomalies for operational improvements.
- Periodic Reporting: Produce regular reports on key LAB performance indicators. Prepare additional reports as requested by management.
