Marketing Team Leader

Assist Marketing Manager in terms of:
o Leading brand strategy and development projects from concept to success.
o Following up with stakeholders to ensure all programs are executed on-time and in-full.
o Analyzing market situation, consumer insights, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
o Developing monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives, covering:
▪ Strategic planning (objectives, key visuals, content, media optimization, agency management)
▪ Brand communication & promotional programs (offline, online, e-commerce, delivery, etc.)
▪ Performance tracking, reporting, and budget management
▪ Coordinating with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) and external partners (landlords, agencies) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
▪ Driving and co-developing new products (F&B, Merchandise) that reflect the brand’s essence, address unmet customer needs, and strengthen long-term brand equity.
o Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

o Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand & Communication or relevant. 
o 03 - 04 years-experience in Brand Marketing, Communication, Product Portfolio, Pricing,… especially in project management across departments. 
o Creative thinking, innovative, problem-solving skills or copyrighting/ video editor foundation is a plus. 
o Background experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG is a priority. 
o Passion for growth, experience to manage workload and multiple projects to adapt in a fast-pace environment.
