Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting to develop marketing strategies for CJ Foods VN at both the overall company level and within specific categories throughout providing data-driven insights and analysis of market, consumers, competitors, as well as internal performances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Trends, Customer Insights, Data Analysis (50%)
- Support the Marketing Director & Senior Marketing Managers in building marketing strategies throughout:
- Deep analysis of the retail audit data to identify risks & opportunities
- Overseeing the consumer surveys (both agency & desk research) to gain comprehensive consumer understanding
- Leading the market trend research to provide latest mega trends & competitors' movements
- Running frequent internal performances analysis to measure MKT activities efficiency (activation, promotion, POSM, sampling...) so as to support MKT Director to set up ROI KPIs
2. New Product Development Process Management (35%)
- Study global portfolios to identify potential NPIs for Vietnam.
- Own the NPI process & Innovation Gates to ensure NPI standards & criteria are fully complied
- Coordinate between MKT & Sales to provide NPI performance review with insightful & meaningful analysis
- Be the contact point of Vietnam team to respond to NPI-related requests from HQ & GSP teams
3. Budget Management - Manage A&P budget & ensure investment efficiency (15%)
- Manage the A&P budget forecast. Be the contact point of MKT Team to work with Finance regarding A&P forecasting, budget allocation, and adjustments.
- Support MKT Director to review & optimize budget allocation across various channels and activities (ATL/BTL) for maximum impact.
