Marketing Senior Staff

· Work closely with AM, can discuss branding, product development and strategy.

· Work with external third parties such as creative designer, analysis center, packaging supplier, legal agent to develop packaging and ensure product legal complies with local regulation supported by AM.

· Work with advertisement agency to maximize the efficiency of digital communication, especially on Tik Tok and Facebook.

· Look into market data & survey result to develop the idea.

· Develop sales tools, brief, and train the sales force on a regular basis.

· Execute Marketing activities to support product success at Point of sales.

. Prepare and consolidate concern reports following director’s requests
