1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across social media platforms.
- Ensure that social media activities align with 315 Medical overall marketing strategy, branding, and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to optimize marketing effectiveness.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and manage content across all necessary social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop a one-year social content plan to maintain consistency and ensure a well-balanced posting frequency.
- Supervise the production of visual content, including images, videos, and designs, by collaborating with internal teams or external partners when needed.
3. Community Management
- Monitor and manage comments and brand mentions on social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer community and influencers to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer feedback, improve brand perception, and develop engagement programs.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Ads team to synchronize online and offline campaigns, attract customers, and increase revenue.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Support the organization of events, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital promotions.
