Marketing & Partnership Management Manager - Retail Product Development

Job requirement

1. Marketing

- Build & implement marketing activities (campaign, promotion, event) to support retail business at product lines both deposit & retail loan.

- Internal & External program initiatives/program, explore partnership channels to support retail business achieve KPI and branch KPI.

- Manage & coordinate with brand team/ digital team to deploy online & offline channels for marketing communication channels, create direct marketing materials and PR materials, product contents on website.

- Build & control budget for campaign/marketing activities.

- Support branches’ request in product marketing activities in exploring marketing channels.

- Implement and support promotions, campaigns and events

- Benchmark marketing activities of other banks

2. Training:

- Training branches’ staffs to enforce sales/marketing capability, customers services.

- Share Best practice, Knowhow

3. KPI management:

- Lead & monitor Retail & Branch KPI

- Set up branch KPI target.

Job requirement

  • Minimum of 5-year working experiences in banking, and at least 2 year with management role
  • Experience in partnership to develop retail banking products
  • Fluent in written/spoken English or Korean is preferable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive thinking, good leadership skill, good connection internally and externally
