Mô tả công việc

The position

You are responsible for a full management and marketing of existing and novel diagnostics product lines. Your specific tasks include:

·        Produce annual marketing plan for a product group, product category or specific product.

·        Manages the successful implementation of the marketing plan. Monitors monthly progress against plan and recommends corrective actions to ensure successful achievement of plan, as necessary.

·        Management of product lifecycle, pricing and monitoring of profitability for assigned portfolio (Human, Stago, Tcoag, Radiometer).

·        Planning and executing product-related marketing activities and campaigns in alignment with overall segment strategy and supporting business and strategic planning (business plan).

·        Work with Sales and Product Managers as well as Product Executives to implement campaigns.

·        Managing and coordinating marketing events according to the strategies of the company.

·        Managing the smooth process of tender business (forecast, product, price, quantities, timing) in cooperation with other stakeholders (operation, sales).

·        Analysis of new market segments to assess opportunities and provide recommendations for new launches including pricing strategy and positioning of products.

·        Provide product and marketing training and support sales, enabling organization to commercialize products.

·        Building solid market intelligence through KOL/key customer network, market and competitor analysis to understand coming market trends and seek for new opportunities. (customer database, trends, market needs.)

·        Development and execution of Marketing-Training Sessions for internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales reps, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager).

·        Plan and support local product registration activities where applicable, post launch.

·        Interface to market to ensure products meet market needs and escalating complex product issues.
