The day-to-day activities:
Marketing and brand strategy
Provide innovative marketing strategy to sustainably grow business and market share
Responsible in leading rapid growth in consumer base for Grab’s business
Shape customer perception towards Grab and its Transport services: Develop key customer value propositions
Drive online and offline media strategy: Manage budgets, content strategy and relationships with key stakeholders (social, creative, PR) to develop innovative or inspiring output
Develop and enhance marketing channel
Operationalize and coordinate marketing ideas and plans with customer-first approach across marketing mix
Lead and guide development of Go-To-Market plan and channel strategy for all marketing campaigns, promotions, strategic initiatives and partnership
Developing customer personas
Develop customer personas via data collection and validation
Tailoring communications messages in each campaign to connect relevant targeted personas
Data analytics
Assist in insight analysis from research, market understanding and campaign post mortem
