Our client is a big local company, now looking for:

HR1: Marketing Manager | Trưởng Phòng Phát Triển Thương Hiệu (Food, $1600, DT5705)

  • Provide input and set up marketing strategy
  • Plan, develop and implement internal and external communication activities an order to support sales
  • Develop, implement and control media planning, coordinate with external partners and monitor advertising agencies effectiveness
  • Manage, support the development of brand marketing team
  • Develop promotional materials to use in sales presentation to potential customers
  • Ensure that the company marketing activities are in line with the company marketing objectives as well as those of the regional, area and corporate offices
  • Prepare an annual marketing budget which will form part of the business plan
  • Analyse, control and report actual marketing expense and forecast expenses in order to monitor and control budget achievement

HR2: Marketing Manager (Push Sale, Food, $1600, Y5702)

  • Complete marketing and sales personnel objectives planning, monitoring, appraisal and consideration of work contributions;
  • Contribute information and marketing and sales recommendations for strategic plans and assessments;
  • Prepare and complete action plans;
  • Implementation of production standards, productivity, quality and customer service; problem solving; complete audit;
  • Identify trends; identify system improvements; make changes.
  • Complete marketing and sales goals by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, sales and trade promotion programs;
  • Develop field sales action plan.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; identify markets, competitors 'market shares and competitors' strengths and weaknesses;
  • Projected business forecasts; set target market share.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Complete marketing and organization tasks by completing relevant results when needed.
  • Establish sales and marketing KPIs to manage activities in the group.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Marketing Manager 

  • Male/Female (Male is prefer); Age: 22-35 years old
  • Education: Graduated from Universities of Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media Advertising ....
  • Experience  at least 03 years in a similar position, Especially fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Experience in developing new products is an advantage.
  • Good communication in English
