FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):
The Marketing Intern is integral to the success of Marketing execution activities of Jetts brand. Working both internally and externally with the sales team and the Agency team, he/she will work towards creating the highest standard of assigned marketing activities.
Abiding to a high-performance culture and focusing on great execution towards clear KPI generation, he/she contributes to the company’s top and bottom line by:
· Deeply understanding user and market insights in order to develop and execute marketing activities;
· Working with the Brand Manager to implement a marketing plan;
· Coordinating and leading the execution of offline events and online campaign, assisting with the project management of online portion;
· Assisting in all work with the Partnerships team to create mutually beneficial partner relationships;
· Project managing all timeline collateral delivery and ensuring quality output for the same;
· Reporting on campaign performance, marketing and impact on sales.
REPORTS TO: Brand Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 60% - Implementing and Executing Marketing offline event:
- Coordinate and work with agency on daily task of operation to make sure to meet the milestone of project
- Coordinate with agency and different partners to deliver the smooth Press release part
- Event support: Manage the event with org team to make sure it runs smoothly
- Follow up the social content with creative and media team to make sure it lives on time
- Manage VIP guest invitations for the event.
B. 40% - Implementing and Coordinating working with Online Commerce Platform
- Follow up and execute the Ecom campaign on Tiki and Lazada
- Coordinate with different functions: creative team, LZD operation team, Jetts operation team to deliver the material and campaign on time
Coordinate with creative team to deliver the best product page on Ecom, make sure it is good not only in content but also in merchandising.
